On January 7, the order of the state of emergency based on the Special Measures Law was decided for Tokyo metropolitan district (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama).
Based on that, we held a board meeting on the same day examining the form of worship in the future, and decided the worship service on January 8th (Friday) and 10th (Sunday) will be carried out as usual with thorough infection prevention.
However, in order to avoid the crowds in the building more than ever, please participate the first worship service through zoom as much as possible on the 10th (Sun).
Regarding worship services after the 10th, we will continue to have Friday worship services until the state of emergency is lifted. The first Sunday service will be changed to ZOOM service from January 24th. The second worship service will be held as usual on January 10th, but the worship service will be suspended from the 17th of the following week. Please participate in the ZOOM service or the Friday service.
In addition, we will continue to post the manuscript of the message on our website, so if you cannot participate in the Friday service or the Zoom service on Sunday, please use the website. We can also send you a message by letter, so please let us know if you need it.
The board of directors will continue to determine the appropriate way of worship based on changes in the infection situation, so we will continually ask for your cooperation.
